cardVendo is made by one person. Email reaches me directly, and I answer every message.

Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, and offered an export first. Deletion removes your inventory, sales, trades, events, expenses, alerts, and card photos immediately and permanently. No email to us is required.
How do I export my data?
Profile, then Export inventory or Export sales. The file is handed to the system share sheet, so you can save it to Files, email it to yourself, or send it to a spreadsheet app.
A card scan did not find the right card. What now?
Recognition works best on a flat, well-lit card that fills the frame, with the bottom edge visible since the collector number lives there. If it still misses, search the catalog by name and add it manually. Nothing is lost either way.
Which games are supported?
Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece at launch. Cards from other games can be added manually with your own name, set, and price.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Sales and trades made offline queue on your phone and sync automatically when the connection returns. This is deliberate, since convention halls are usually dead zones. Card scanning and price lookups do need a connection.
Where do prices come from?
Public card catalogs, currently the Pokemon TCG API, Scryfall, and optcgapi. Prices are estimates for reference, not appraisals, and you can override any value by hand.
I forgot my password.
Use the sign-in screen to request a reset, then follow the link in the email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then write to us.
Is my data private?
Your inventory and sales records are restricted to your account. Card photos are stored at unlisted addresses that are not password-protected, which we explain in detail in the privacy policy. Read that section before attaching photos.
